Setting up Safe Senders in Hotmail
To set up Safe Senders in Hotmail, follow these steps:
- Select “Options | More Options…” from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic)
- Follow the “Safe and blocked senders” link under “Junk e-mail”
- Click “Safe senders”
- Type “2Reminders.com”
- Click “Add to list”
Setting up Safe Senders in Yahoo Mail
To set up Safe Senders in Yahoo Mail, follow these steps:
- From your Yahoo mailbox screen, click “Addresses”
- Click “Add Contact” from the drop-down box
- Enter the email address “buzz@2Reminders.com” in the Email field
- Click “Save”
Setting up Safe Senders in GMail
To set up Safe Senders in GMail, follow these steps:
- In your GMail Inbox, click the “Contacts” link in the column under the GMail logo
- Click “+” to add a New Contact
- Enter the email address “buzz@2Reminders.com” in the Email field
- Click “Save”
Setting up Safe Senders in AOL Webmail
To set up Safe Senders in AOL WebMail, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Addresses” tab in the upper right corner of the Mailbox window
- Click on the “New” dropdown menu and select “New Contact”
- Enter the email address “buzz@2Reminders.com” in the Screen Name field
- Click “Save”
- AOL 8 (and higher) requires that you open an email from buzz@2Reminders.com and then click on the “Add Address” icon.
Setting up Safe Senders in Microsoft Outlook
To set up Safe Senders in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:
- Select “Actions | Junk E-mail | Junk E-mail Options…” from the menu in Outlook
- Go to the “Safe Senders” tab and click “Add…”
- Type in the domain name “Reminders.com”
- Click “OK”
- Click “OK” again
- If you already have a message from buzz@2Reminders.com in your Outlook Inbox (or, possibly, the Junk E-mail folder), the steps are:
- Open the message
- Select “Actions | Junk E-mail” and then “Add Sender to Safe Senders List” or “Add Sender’s Domain to Safe Senders List”
