The following step-by-step list will assist you in maximizing your time and resources when looking for your new home.

Step 1:  Visit our properties page daily and view properties of interest

Step 2:  Identify properties of interest and take the Virtual Tour

Step 3:  Review property information and rental qualifications

Step 4:  Fill out Pre-Qualification form or call us at 877-4-RENT-21

Step 5:  Tour the property

Step 6: Pay Holding Deposit and Application Fees to showing agent

Step 7:  Complete online application and provide supporting documents
