- All application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If approved, holding deposit fees will be applied to move-in costs.
- Holding Deposit fees are REFUNDABLE only if the application is not approved. In the event of a cancellation of application by applicant while processing, the holding fee of will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs after approval, any and all deposits and fees will be forfeited.
- In the event payment was made in the form of a money order or cashier’s check the original, un-cashed promissor ynote will be returned to the applicant. It is the applicant’s responsibility to obtain a refund from the issuer.
- If payment was made through a debit/credit card the refund will be credited back to the card within 7-10 business days.
