Founded in August 2009, Your Local Leasing Company was developed to service the residential leasing needs of investors throughout the region.
In April 2010 Your Local Leasing Company launched their management division with the addition of Emma Coldwell as Director of Property Management. Although we offer management services our leasing division remains our primary focus and specialization.
To date Your Local Leasing Company remains the only licensed “Fee Free” residential leasing brokerage in the Delaware, Philadelphia and Chester Counties.
